Abstract

Diets for reproductive chickens based on total and digestible lysine and methionine with en zymes addition. In order to evaluate the productive behavior of reproductive chickens (Arbor Acres) in the initiation (0-28 d) and finalization (29-56 d) stages. In the first stage 240 chickens, allotted in 4 treatments and 4 repetitions, with 15 chickens each were applied, and in the stage of finalization, each treatment was of 3 repetitions and 17 chickens each. These animals were used to evaluate their feed productive behavior in two stages (initiation and finalization) by means of 4 diets: lisina and total metionina (LMT) and digestible (LMD), without enzyme () and with enzyme (EC) (enzymatic complex Vegpro of All-tech, Lexington, Kentucky). The data were analyzed by means of a completely at random design with factorial adjustment 2x2 (Aa’s, Enzymes) with 4 and 3 repetitions per stage of initiation and finalization, respectively. The food consumption did not show significant statistical dif ference (P>0.05), but in the finalization stage (P<0.05), with an increase observed when formulating by total aminoacids. In the rest of the studied variables: daily weight gain, nutritional efficiency, chan nel yield, protein relation efficiency, and carcass quality, significant differences were observed (P <0.05) for the two stages, Aa’s and enzymes, but not so (P>0.05) for the interaction. The above men tioned indicates that when formulating a diet by lysina and digestible metionina adding the enzymatic complex Vegpro, the GDP is increased and the CA improves, and greater values of REP are ob tained, which so much benefits the RC as well as the CC, since greater amount of protein is deposited and the fat deposit is diminished in the carcass and its parts.
