Abstract

Se colectaron e identificaron los insectos presentes en la planta de gua-yule (Parthenium argentatum Gray) durante los años de 1979 y 1980 en 2 áreas lepresentativas de su distribución natural y en un lote experimental, las 3 áreas localizadas en el sureste de Coahuila, México.

Se colectaron un total de 292 especies incluídas en 11 órdenes; Coleóptera, Hymenóptera, Hemiptera y Homoptera, fueron los más ampliamente representados.
