It was used 48 piglets from backyard of 35 d with 6.34 kg BWin average four treatments; control T1, without egg yolk / without Nupro, (NY/NN); T2, with yolk / without Nupro (WY/NN); T3, without egg yolk / with Nupro (NY/ WN) and T4, with yolk / with Nupro (WY/WN). Offered diets were isoproteic 21.0% CP and Isoenergetic 3.4 McalME/kg of feed; containing lysine, 1.3; CA, 0.85 and P, 0.7%. The research lasted 36 d. The daily feed intake (DFI), daily weight gain (DWG), feed conversion (FC) and protein efficiency ratio (PER) were evaluated in a completely randomized design with 2 x 2 factorial arrangement (two levels of antibodies and two levels of Nupro). Tukeytest was used for mean comparisons. The treatment (2) containing (IgY) presents value of 0.690 kg and is similar to control treatment (NY/NN) 0.745 kg statistically different (p≤0. 05) to treatments 3 and 4, which were not statistically different and hadDFI of 0.633 and 0.538 kg, respectively. The presence of the NUPRO in the diet decreased DFI. The DWG was statisti cally different (p≤0. 05). The DWG in the control treatment (NY/NN) with value of 0.414 kg was different and superior to treatments 2, 3, 4, which had values of 0.314, 0.307 and 0.318 kg. And these treatments were not statistically different (p≥0. 05) among them. The DWG was affected by the addition of (IgY) and Nupro. The FC was different (p≤0. 01) in the witness NY/NN and interaction WY/WN that had averages of 1.80 and 1.70 (kg of DFI required to produce a unit of ADW). The treatments 2 and 3 presented values of 2.20 and 2.06 (kg of DFI required to produce a unit of ADW). These treatments were similar statistically (p≥0. 05). The FC was positively af fected in the interaction by decreasing the kg of feed required to produce one kilogram of DWG. The protein efficiency ratio was better and different (p≤0. 01) in the interaction (WY/WN) with value of 3.2, which greater than those found in the other treatments NY/NN, WY/NN and NY/WN; that had respective values of 2.9, 2.5 and 2.7, g of DWG per g of daily consumed pro tein. This condition of the interaction of both products (WY/WN) enhances protein efficiency of the diet. The presence of nucleotides and peptides affected positively the protein efficiency.
